Today is my Mom's birthday. She has stuck by me through thick and thin. Not only does addiction ruin your own life, it also ruins the lives of your loved ones. My mother went through a lot of pain & suffering over my 17 years of addiction and countless nights up worrying about me. Its nice to know now that she doesn't have to go through that anymore. I am sure that she would agree, that its the best gift I could ever give her
